SEEC welcomes the historic and ground-breaking Right to Education Act which has come into force in India legalizing the right to free and compulsory schooling for all children between the ages of six and fourteen. This will open up opportunity for children to secondary and higher education. SEEC is trying its best to make poverty history through higher and technical education. ‘Right to education’ is at the heart of SEEC’s Mission and goal.
